Not to be overshadowed by Canon’s rumors, specifications of the Advanced Amateur Alpha DSLR has been leaked onto the internet. French website www.photoim.net posted the specifications along with some interesting rumors from a person who supposedly has a cousin working in Sony from the Dyxum.com forums.
So if you’re thinking about purchasing a Sony Alpha A100 at the moment, you may want to wait a little longer. Of course, with every rumor you have to take it with a grain of salt until Sony makes the official announcement.

The forums at DPReview.com has been buzzing with rumors of the new Canon EOS 40D. Apparently, user arlekin1976 spotted the images on SLRClub.com. Since then, the pages hosting the images has been taken down but now before other users downloaded the images.
